How to Talk About Jesus With Anyone

It’s the one thing every Catholic is called to do, but many hesitate: sharing the good news of Jesus Christ.

In How to Talk About Jesus with Anyone, Steve Dawson (founder of St. Paul Street Evangelization) and Cy Kellett (Catholic Answers Live) team up to provide a tested plan for transforming reluctance into confidence.

Drawing from decades of evangelization experience, they show how ordinary Catholics—not just extroverts or theologians—can joyfully fulfill Christ’s command to spread the gospel.

Inside, readers will learn why evangelizing is simpler than it seems, how to recognize when others are open to the truth, the common mistakes that close doors to conversation, and the surprising “trick” that often makes dialogue possible.

Along the way, they reveal how to guard against the devil’s tactics and how to bring the saving message of Christ into everyday encounters.

Practical, encouraging, and deeply Catholic, this book equips readers to share life-changing truth with confidence and joy—turning ordinary conversations into eternal opportunities.

Michelle Duppong: Hope in the Depths of Suffering

Servant of God Michelle Duppong lived an outwardly ordinary life that burned with extraordinary love for God.

As a missionary formed through the Fellowship of Catholic University Students, Michelle devoted herself to building friendships, inviting others to Mass, and quietly fostering a Eucharist-centered culture wherever she was sent. From North Dakota to Rome, her evangelization was personal, joyful, and relentlessly focused on Jesus Christ.

When illness entered her life, it did not interrupt her mission but transformed it. In what her spiritual director described as a “twelve-month Holy Week,” Michelle united her suffering to Christ, radiating peace, trust, and hope even as her body weakened. Friends, caregivers, and visitors left her presence consoled, often remarking that they encountered Christ through her.

Since her death in 2015, reports of graces received through Michelle’s intercession have continued to grow, most often marked by profound peace and surrender to God’s will. Pilgrims visit her grave and family farm, and the Church has formally opened her cause for canonization, recognizing her reputation for holiness.

Through reflections, stories, and Michelle’s own words drawn from her talks and writings, this book invites readers to discover sanctity in everyday life, trust God in the present moment, embrace redemptive suffering, and lead others gently to Christ.

Michelle Duppong’s life offers a credible, hope-filled witness that holiness is possible now, here, and for all. A beautiful and inspiring biography for those who enjoy the lives of the saints, for youth, and for all of us who need hope and encouragement to trust in God's perfect plans.
